"The apartment is ok, not the best, but not the worst. Make sure your AC and appliances work properly before signing your lease. Getting maintenance done in the past has been a pain. Also, plan on having to supplement the pest control as the apartments don’t seal well and there are nooks and crannies everywhere for bugs to get in. The front door doesn’t fit snug and has gaps that make it easy for any pest to just walk in. There isn’t on site laundry which for the price of the units isn’t ok imo. Management also loves to charge the same “one time” fees every month… My 1 bedroom apartment is $800 after all the random fees. The price is way too high for what you get but unfortunately rental prices have gone through the roof everywhere so you’re kinda screwed no matter what and landlords know this. If you can afford to buy definitely do that. If you have to rent then this place is good enough but don’t expect luxury apartments."

"I have had sinks leak, water from God knows where back up in my bathroom sink, pipes burst, water drip from the ceiling and no repair for days after repair calls. No one answers the phones, and to actually reach a person via the phone messaging system is non existent. Currently my kitchen sink pipes are busted, the tub is clogged and bathroom sink is regurgitating whatever water from who knows where. Let me know if you want pics and copies of emails showing proof. My rent for a one bedroom 630 sq ft apt went from $720 to $920"
