Willow Tree Apartments

"Please DO NOT live here if you are a single female. Especially with children! The property manager was very unsettling throughout my time living there. I had a scheduled time for an inspection which I had made before going into work. I had about 30 minutes before leaving for work after they said they’d show up 12-2 (I go into work at 3:30) Robert just said “hello” outside the door before letting himself in. Not even a knock. Luckily I had JUST finished up in the bathroom. He has made MULTIPLE unreasonable comments about my body and how he’s had previous tenants that would provide “favors” for their rent. In some aspect hinting them to me. At one point I was doing everything I can to avoid this man. Running into my apartments, not going into the apartment outside through the day. I paid my rent way before it was due. I didn’t have a need to see him. I tried reaching out to the owner of the apartments but I went through hoops and leeps to get ahold of him. And when I did he did not have much care.Roberts information is the only information listed anywhere for any contact. When I first moved in I could hear rats running across my ceiling at night. I’ve been out of that place for over a year now thankfully but, I am trying to warn any young females or single mothers to NOT stay here! Nothing physical happened however the comments and looks/ stares were enough to make anyone feel uneasy. Yes, it is on the cheaper side but, its not worth it for what you deal with."

"The guy Robert is a fraud he stole my deposit.The apartment he rented me had backed up drainlines,roaches, and the AC went out he never fixed it. He is delusional and can't even hold a conversation. Don't go here."

"Good people. Growing community. The landlord/manager does what he can for the place. Not many options within a reasonable price range around town. Willow Tree is a great place to start/try again. A couple of places are within walking distance so you don't have to go far to find what you need! Glad I've stayed. 3 years now"

"Robert welcomed me and my fur babies he worked with me on the size apartment I needed and could afford at the time. I am currently moving into a house but I am so thankful for the respect and gratitude shown to me during my stay in willow tree. The appliances and condition of the apartments are good and maintenance issues are always resolved in a timely manner. It's messed up some of the reviews I see posted on here. If Robert feels like he needs to enter a unit for whatever reason that is his obligation to make sure his tenants are safe and no funny business going on. When it comes to him answering phone calls or supposedly being rude, he is one man trying to answer 1000 calls in one day and turnover is few and far between. He's human like the rest of us I have no complaints of my stay hereI would continue to stay here if I didn't need the space of a home. People move in don't pay the rent Robert has every right to address the tenant on the issue and they want to get upset because they're being told to be grown and pay their bills....just saying don't bite the hand that feeds."

"Robert is a terrible manager. Enters apartment without knowledge of tenant. When I moved in the apartment was infested with roaches. He loves drama and is rude and unprofessional. If you don’t want the whole complex to know your business don’t move here because he will tell it to anyone willing to listen or not."
