"I recently moved into Berry Pines Apartments & I couldn’t be happier! Chris in the office was amazing! He was so kind, considerate, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, & friendly! He went above & beyond to make my move a really great experience! The apartment was so clean, & cute, just as it was advertised & it was ready to move in! I would highly recommend Berry Pines to anyone who wants a beautiful & affordable place to call home!"

"While the application process was easy and rent was affordable for a one-bedroom apartment, I experienced nothing but trouble during the months I lived here. I experienced a near-constant mold/mildew issue, which maintenance & office staff brushed aside, citing rain, humidity, living near the trees, or just living in Florida as the source of the problem. This is despite running my personal dehumidifier constantly and multiple fans. My hot water was a constant battle - the water came out foggy, which all staff told me was normal. Water was safe, but cloudy water indicates a leak, which they never sought to find. I had two leaks in my 6 months living here, and was told that the specific types of pipes used are prone to leaking - one leak led to my bathroom being covered in mold. In addition, the staff was incredibly unprofessional - maintenance was sent to show me videos about hot water without notifying me that they would like to meet with me, and would try to talk to me about maintenance issues despite being told I was leaving for work multiple times. The property manager frequently used profanity when I met with him, and he was extremely unprofessional in emails. After a certain point, I stopped receiving responses to my emails. When I notified the property manager that I would be terminating my lease early, he tried to convince me to just move and not terminate the lease, instead allowing it to end at the original end date of my lease."

"Fantastic apartment complex and great for military members. Chris and Davis were super helpful for the entire time we lived in our 1 bedroom apartment. Davis the maintenance man was fantastic and always got back to me promptly anytime we had issues. He even helped me do some minor work to my car when I had issues which was awesome. Give that man a raise! As for our one bedroom, we could not be more pleased. The rent was incredibly affordable and we were happy with all the amenities we got for the price. plenty of closet space, a nice outdoor patio, and a ton of storage space in the attic. We also loved the location because of its easy access to the best of what the city of Milton has to offer. less than a mile to the blackwater heritage running/biking trail, within walking/ biking distance to downtown Milton and plenty of parks, and lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby."
