"Not a place I would recommend! The tenants can't get any help when repairs are needed. Someone needs to stand up and fight for these elderly people!!"
"Who is the owner of this business? Amanda who is the property manager is the most unprofessional person to have to deal with. I honestly don't think she knows her job or responsibility. Customer service is suppose to be a major priority in business like this, especially dealing with senior citizens and disabled people. There was a application put in for three months never received a letter like she promised after three direct phone calls. When I did get a response it was something about her personal life and why she may not be able to do it and that was in February. Never received a letter saying the person even qualified. She would always say getting to it.. you should have it by the end of the week. I asked where, I was at on the waiting list and she could not tell me, but what she could tell me is that I am taken off the list when my applications runs out after the three months is up. If I would have known that it comes off, I would have had it in earlier. She again did not offer this information. The owner needs to beware of how his renter prospects are being treated. It comes to point where some may think- she is picking and choosing who is being chosen for the apartments."
