"I have been doing business with these people for three years now and never had a problem. My fiancé and I took our taxes to them this year and got ripped off. They charged us $900 to do two simple 1040 EZ tax returns. We could have filed for free online. Also, we plugged in our tax returns on TurboTax’s free estimator before going into to the office and we came up with the same exact return that they did and is costing us $900 for them to “professionally look at our taxes”. My fault for not agreeing to a price before the work was done but I didn’t feel it was necessary due to the fact they had helped me in the past.If I would have been told prior to them looking at them it would cost me .Long story short.....Bad Business."
