"price reasonable, considering we went during thanksgiving holiday as most other places were booked at the time. It was quite close to St. Augustine premium outlets so we could catch black Friday sales while staying here. Room condition was okay, moderately clean, with freezer."
"This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The pool was disgusting with mold everywhere. The rooms had bugs in it. One of the beds in the room is missing a leg and makes lots of noise. There was stinky water coming out of a drain in front of the rooms. This was not cheap by any means and the experience was awful. I hope you take a bit of pride in owning a hotel and consider the people that need to stay there either for work or pleasure. I will never go back or recommend it to anyone."
"Overall, the room was decent. I do have a complaints about the toilet and floors however. The toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet base! It moved quite freely when sitting. And the floor in the unit was totally filthy, grimy and gritty. After my visit, in reviewing my bank account, I found I had been charged twice (different amounts) for the one night room!!! I say buyer beware!"
"I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the room door because of all the bad reviews. It's an old motel and the paint in the tub is peeling, but it was clean, and made up well, and everyone was friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. For the price I paid, I was well pleased."
"Pros: Pleasant staff No carpet in rooms (seems cleaner this way in my opinion) Low prices Cons : Visible residue from previous guests in shower. Hair, long black hair in all the towels. I'm a guy with short hair...it wasn't mine, and there was lots of it. Breakfast had no meat or eggs. Had waffles but they tasted expired. Tiny TV. Decent place."
