"Food is good. Always messing up orders and having to redo. Order says is ready on the App but then never is at that time. All started with new Management."

"I gave 2 stars because they attempted to rectify the issue. So I ordered the epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it got delivered and the toppings were right but it was just regular stuffed crust. I called and they gave me a credit to get it replaced next time I ordered. Well I did that tonight. Guess what I received again, a regular stuffed crust pizza. I didn't even bother calling back because it's just not worth it at this point. The pizza is decent enough, really wanted to try it with the pepperoni in the crust but I will try at another location. Guess that's what I get for ordering delivery at work and not being able to check before I leave. On another note the oreo bites are bomb"

"Terrible experience with the staff’s professionalism! We were originally notified that our large order was being delivered a day early for my daughter’s birthday. We tried to call and rectify it, but we’re hung up on and let us know that they didn’t have time for us and would cancel the order. We also had another family member follow up to speak with a manager and let them know how this was handled instead she was told to never call the store back again by the same employee that wouldn’t give us their name as well. The recording lets all customers know that the phone calls are recorded so I hope they can seriously play the last few calls from 245 till about 3:00 PM. I know it’s a holiday weekend, but it’s no excuse to speak to people like that.. Disappointed with Papa John’s Dunedin!"

"This store is going down hill fast. Last order I placed they tried to pass off saying they didn't deliver to my address but I have been ordering from this store for 7 years. Now today they completely messed up my order and when I called in to talk to the manager he just said he wasn't taking orders because he was so backed up. I was on hold for 15 minutes and called back in and got the same answer. I told him I'm not calling to order I'm calling to have my order corrected and he placed me back on hold. Not only was it wrong but the pizza was not even cut. I would love a call from the owner about this method of doing business. My pregnant wife can't eat the order that was delivered."

"It was a regular on-line order for carry out. Got this place 10 min before closing. The personal was very friendly and pizza was done nicely - accurate with uniformly distributed topping. Since we were hungry after our bike trip, without further ado we decided to dinner, right next to their bakery, thanks to that table close by. So, it was a really nice experience."
