Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Food is always as expected, if you love it, you love it, and I do. I love the fact they have shrimp and sometimes fish which is wayyy better than the squares other fast food chains have. Anyway, aside from that, I placed an online order, just a fish sandwich and 6 pc wing at 8:10, arrived to pick up at 8:26, told me to pull forward, finally I went in @ 8:50 it still wasn't really, I didn't say anything, just stood there waiting my turn, the lady was so rude, slammed my drink down like she was mad I even ordered. Forgot my sauce I pd $1xtra 4. No napkins. Just why wth? This is 2nd time this has happened. All I did was want dinner. I don't get it. I didn't even say anything to her. I even smiled and said thank you. So proceed caution. Get that food but know it comes with a side of attitude."

"I waited 30 minutes for my order. Drive through told me to park. After sitting for a while, I went inside and stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes before any employee showed up. I was then greeted with "What's wrong with you?" I presume because I didn't look happy. Several other people were waiting to be helped, too. When the food finally came, all I got was a sarcastic "here ya go." Food was cold, and they only gave me 3 pieces of chicken when I ordered 4. This is basically the same experience I've had every time at this location, but my son keeps begging me for Popeye's. Completely worthless staff. Avoid at all costs."

"Went through the drive thru at 10:04am. Sat there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to respond over the intercom. But didn’t hear anything.. So I called just to make sure they were open. A rude lady answered with a snarky attitude saying “uhm yes, we just opened”.. Usually I love Popeyes but here lately this one in deland has went downhill.. I was so disgusted with the attitude i received over the phone that I drove off after waiting for another 2 minutes.. I understand being busy but it is still your job to answer your customers over the intercom and at least tell them that you’ll be right there momentarily.. It’s not that hard of a task to do.."

"The GM and her staff were great. They were engaging and professional. There was an incident with a customer and I was really impressed with how the GM and her staff went the extra mile to please the customer. Our chicken was fresh, hot, and tasty. The environment was friendly and comfortable. It was good to sit down at a table that was already clean. I absolutely love the Sweet Heat sauce (please don't ever allow it to run out). The restaurant was clean. There was no debris on the dining room floor nor in the restroom. There were plenty of supplies in the restroom and in the dining area. Keep up the good work!!"

"I ordered a number 4 which is chicken tenders something simple and your choice is a 3 piece or a 5 piece I ordered a 3 piece which is $11.49 comes with a side and a drink. I get to the window and they hand me my bag I almost leave then I tell my wife to make sure they gave me the honey mustard aka there mustard sauce there is none after being charged for sauce lol. So I wait 5 minutes then knock on drive through window just to get what I paid for then I get the stuff come home and these people gave my a three piece alright a breast and two wings it's like wow. And don't try to get anywhere with them they don't answer the phone and honestly it's like dam it's exspensive enough as it is. A steak a Shulas in lake mary is only 2 dollars more I guess I made a mistake going there and at the rate there going they won't be in deland for much longer due to the poor work ethics of those they hire. Good luck I wish I could have put no stars but that's not a option."
