"Great with my daughter, very compassionate staff and the head dentist is a sweet woman. My wife and daughter love these place. Shes been to 5 different dentist and this one has be the most helpful and on top of their stuff. Only down fall is the appointments aren't always on point but in these times many places are under staffed and over worked so I don't mind as long as they are taking good care of my kid."

"They might get a bit behind sometimes but I've never had a dentist care so much about my child. I had a emergency with my daughter and the nurses texted me night and day to check on her til I could get to them and head dentist was on vacation and still took the time during her vacation time to look over pictures and call in meds and exchange tips to comfort my baby that had a broken tooth and was in alot of pain. Everytime I call because my daughter's in pain or having problems they get her in as soon as possible . If I gotta wait 15 or even a hr after my set appointment I gladly will because they are so good to my daughter . I assume the only reason they get behind is because they are being throughout with their care of the kids. For this kind of service it's worth the wait."

"Receptionist, Anita, is the only person at this office that I can say is empathetic to children at this pediatric dental office. During the past few years, their customer service and confidentiality have gone down tremendously. My child had his last dental work done there as of today. My minor child was smacked on his arm because he moved it, during a filling. When I spoke to Ginger Santiago the supervisor there, she explained what transpired, and what the Dr/Dentist at this office , reacted so quickly. Her reason was because of the medical equipment that was being used in my sons mouth and that he was not listening. I asked her if my child was being difficult (he hates the dentist and gets major anxiety) and she quickly said he was from the very beginning, because he was in the bathroom for over 20 minutes. I explained to her what it entails for us to bring him to their latest available appointment. He is arriving every time from school from early checkout brushing in their office flossing etc. She said he was difficult as soon as he sat in the chair. At that point, my concern is why didn't get his dad like they do when I take him in, and any issue comes up? I'm literally appalled that this is how my child was treated at a "pediatric dental office". If you have a problem with a child in any business .....take it up with their parent. The adult...."

"They took my sons milk tooth out because it had a cavity and it was not worth it to fix it since it was going to fall soon. Well, the new permanent tooth did not come out that soon and the space it had was lost!! My son’s new tooth came out almost a year after by the palate and when i went to tell them they referred me to a ortodontic who charged me $5,500 for braces treatment. He had braces for 2.5 years thank to this office who made a terrible decision"
