"This has to be the worst dental office I have ever been to. 1. They are super unorganized. Either they’re always over booked or understaffed, whatever time your appointment is add an additional hour. 2. They will randomly change your provider. I started aligners with one doctor and ended it with someone else who seemed like she could really care less. 3. The doctor is always in a rush and sometimes she doesn’t have a dental assistant to help. 4. It seems like they try to milk your insurance as much as they can with unnecessary X-rays and procedures."

"Visited office for a regular check up (I've never missed visiting a dentist twice a year for 40 years (required in the Air Force). Ended having all filling replaced within one month. Apparently one of the fillings was poorly done (1st time I've experienced this), Dr. Carolyn Tho Nguyen immediately accusatory yelled "YOU PROBABLY CHIPPED IT...YOU SHOULD HAVE COMED TO THE OFFICE SOONER" without any care for the condition I was currently under, even after clearly mentioning I was in pain with a headache due to the tooth. I broke in tears from the amount of pain I was under in addition to the elevated emotional state of Dr. Carolyn Tho Nguyen. Weeks earlier when I thought there was something wrong, I called the office and was told a sensitivity was normal. I'm not a dentist how would I know the filling was defective. Dr. Carolyn Tho Nguyen then reworked the filling and used a different porcelain tone not matching tooth in addition to tooth not being finished smoothly on the front surface. Hope Dr. Carolyn Tho Nguyen seeks the necessary help to better manage her neuroticism in a commensurate capacity to her profession she is an embarrassment lacking self awareness and accountability and integrity. We are all imperfect humans yet some lack grace acknowledging their own humanity. 5 Days after the 2nd visit I was prescribed antibiotics due to infection. This dentist not only butchered my tooth and caused an infection due to malpractice, now after 2 days of meds my ears finally stop hurting. My teeth are still sensitive, and I've been eating broth for a week. This is all happening to someone who's never missed a dentist appointment in their life. Still haven't received my xrays after management contacted me about the complaint."
