"This agency is extremely unorganized. The service I was given was very poor and nobody knows what they are doing. I was referred to this agency by my husband which has been a loyal customer going on 3 years. I was rescheduled 4 times and each time was a Hassel to get someone on the phone. Its either an email or voice-mail you have to leave and wait at least 4 to 5 hours for a response. My husband has done all his services over the phone including when he was a first time customer. During my rescheduleing somehow they changed their rules and new customers have to travel to their office for service. I made it clear I reside in Kissimmee. I wouldn't give these people a chance. *But they are quick to respond to a poor review which shows they even make errors when replying. Watch out.. Husband.. Not boyfriend* Proof reading is KEY!"

"I was recommended by several of my family members that been going to yhem for over 5 years, I filed my tax with them for the very first time in feb 2023, I live in NY, I received my federal tax return, still never received my state, I’ve been contacting there office sending messages, all there telling me is it was done and I need to check the where’s my refund website which say they cannot find anything matching my info, I just got a reply after my frustrated message a screenshot saying my refund is in process and there response to me is I would have to now reach out to irs for any other issue because they did there part! I will never again give these people my business or ever refer them to anyone, what they charge to do taxes is hefty and to have to deal with me now finding out where my refund is I’m on my own! it’s like once you pay them, your no longer there problem. I had to edit my review to replied: Funny how this is the quickest I’ve recieved a response from any email, calls or messages I’ve left to you people, and yes I had my tax amendented by previous tax preparer, but just goes to show how unprofessional you people are, instead of aknowleging your poor service you want to tell me about what my other tax preparer mistake was, everyone makes mistakes it’s how they go about fixing it and the customer service that makes the client satisfied at the end of tha day."

"Went to a different tax preparer recommended by my mom in Belleview, they totally messed up my taxes and DIDN'T EVEN FILE my 2021 return after I paid for their services. Planning to return to the Prep Doc, as they always got me more back than anyone else and were extremely professional. Sad I made the switch in the first place, hopefully they'll be able to fix my current situation!"
