"Friendly staff but doesn't communicate transparently and lacks ownership of that miscommunication. Every time I went, I was told of a pending payment even though I was informed by an employee prior that everything was covered. So after dental insurance, care credit, and out of pocket pay, I still had a pending payment on several visits?? Either they overcharge their patients or just aren't being honest and clear ....or both?"

"We have been coming here for over a year. Our teenager has been a patient of Dr. Christian Thomas at TLC Dental just west of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for a few years. When she needed surgery and subsequent Orthodontist treatment, he referred us to Dr. Molly McCarty, their orthodontist who travels on different days to various locations in Broward County. The staff is friendly and professional. They are on point regarding organization too! I love that when you arrive on time, you're taken in right away, which is hard to say about other health-care practices. In addition, they have a strict COVID policy where patients are checked in remotely when they arrive and must remain in their vehicle until called in. We highly recommend this "traveling team" because we are very satisfied with the level of care and service."

"To summarize this place the word would be exceptional! The staff is attentive, patient and pays so much attention to detail. They take the time not only to listen to your concerns or if you have any questions, but the also will sit with you and describe the treatment or explain the problem in a way that digestible to the patient. I’m very anxious when it comes to dentist and doctors and they make me feel right at home! Gillian had the most gentle touch I almost fell asleep at the table. To add to the quality of care, Heidi and Christi are so on top of the office (and the most polite and friendly people I’ve met), that I can’t recall if I ever had a wait time. I recommend TLC to anyone that has ever left a doctors office with a sour taste in their mouth. They’ll change your perspective!"

"Where to begin ? The whole entire staff is just amazing! Super clean location, staff members are always super nice. Appointments are easy to book, and they even send reminders to you. Dr. McCarty is very professional and always makes me feel as comfortable as possible everytime I go into the office, as dentists and orthodontist tend to make some nervous. Highly recommended location, 5 stars!"
