"Don’t go here if you have a toddler. I was denied my appointment today due to my 4 year old being with me. I was told I would have to bring someone to watch her. The way this was handled from the moment I walked in, is enough for me to switch to another dentist which I will.This was a dental emergency and today was a holiday so I was unable to drop her off at her daycare. Very inconsiderate and made my toddler feel bad because she felt that it was her fault. Writing this review as a warning to other parents that may have an emergency."

Everything was described simply and in detail so that I fully understood what was happening and what I need to do in the future. This is my first time with Aspen Dental, and so far it’s the best experience I’ve had at a dentist in a long time."

"Probably the worst customer service I’ve gotten. I’ve been with Aspen for years but time and time again, they disappoint me. Today was the 3rd time and last time I gave this office a chance. I had an appointment that I rescheduled for today to make sure I can make it, I got to the office at 10AM and the lady at the front desk let me wait for 20 minutes to tell me that because I didn’t verbally confirm the appointment, I didn’t have one anymore. I never heard of that before. She asked me “why didn’t you call us”, I didn’t call because I didn’t have to. I never missed an appointment before so it’s not like I have a history. She didn’t show any empathy at all for the fact that I was there, that I had driven from my job just to honor my appointment. She had a smirk on her face, nobody in that office actually cares."

They took bitewings, read them, decided to extract one tooth and fill another. The work was done all in the same day! I am still impressed and plan on returning for my implants soon. John E.
