"I just started the procedure of having 2 extractions for 2 dental implants. I’ve avoided this procedure for a year out of fear (I’m chicken, I admit it). This practice was AMAZING! They showed tremendous care; a desire for me not to feel a thing during the procedure (extremely important to me :-)); and I’m home with 2 extracted teeth (one of which wasn’t so easy); and 2 buildups for dental implants. Truly caring dental practice. Crazy if you go anywhere else!"

"I’ve been going to this place for years and today has been the worst experience of my life with this dental office . I called them and advise the young lady in the front that due to a discrepancy with my bank to not charge my card and provided them with a new card to charge unfortunately they weren’t successful with reaching me and decided to charge the original card that I called in and advise NOT to due to fraudulent activities on my account. Her response to me was we weren’t able to get in contact with you so we decided to charge that card. If you weren’t successful in contacting me why charge a card with out my knowledge that I already told you NOT to use. I asked for it to refund the amount because I didn’t give her the authorization to charge my card and they refuse to refund the already overdrawn account. Thank goodness I have amazing bank that truly values their customers and aren’t money hungry criminals like the staff a Dr.Valeria Soltanik."

"I've been with Soltanik dental for over 10 years. They are professional, thorough, and reliable. It seems to me a lot of people here complain about issues with their insurance or fees and I just can't understand why they would blame the office for things of this sort. The office has always been upfront about costs and they can't control somebody's insurance. I just wanted people in the community to know this is a reputable group."

"I had a scheduled appointment at Soltanik Dental for 2pm, and unfortunately, the experience left me quite disappointed. Despite arriving ahead of time, I was surprised to find that the receptionist allowed others with the same appointment time to be seen before me. It's disheartening to be in a situation where punctuality isn't acknowledged. As someone who values their time, I expected my scheduled appointment to hold some significance. Unfortunately, the disregard for the order of appointments made me feel undervalued as a patient. I hope that Soltanik Dental takes a closer look at their appointment management system to prevent such situations in the future. Every patient's time is valuable, and a more organized approach to scheduling could greatly improve the overall patient experience."
