However, I was told that the clinic doesn’t accept HMO, I mentioned the clinic is under HMO based on the insurance company website. I told the lady that I can provide my personal information and request a double check. She insisted that I need to make an appointment first, then visit the clinic. So they can confirm whether my insurance policy is in-network or not. Total waste of my time!"
