"Receptionist are the face of the office they can make or break your Business. Stephanie the front desk receptionist has the absolute worst customer service she hung up the phone when being asked a question regarding a mutual patient. I called back and spoke with Joana who stated that she couldn’t assist me because she had 2 other calls on hold. These Girls really need to be trained because they lack professionalism. I have never experienced this from an office and if the owners know this is their behavior it speaks volumes. We will no longer be referring patients to this office."
