"I went to ***** for a cleaning and Enameloplasty. A treatment which is a gentle smoothing of your teeth. I had to return due to some irritation on a tooth that had not been smoothed appropriately. During my return visit the Dentist performed a filling on the adjacent tooth. I developed an infection and was in serious pain. Due to the holidays I had to wait for an appointment to have what they now said I needed, a root canal. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the receptionist. She immediately asked for a LARGE payment. I asked a few medical questions to understand the charges. She was unable to answer them & refused to bring me to the exam room. The assistants also sitting in the front desk could not explain anything. I asked to speak to the Dentist & she kept insisting on the payment 1st. After 30 minutes & a call to the office manager the Dentist finally took me in to an exam room to explain the procedure & charges. I did not have my root canal done here. I will be going to a specialist. This office has poor care, no consideration, staff is not knowledgeable, and inflated prices for self pay patients."
"Sunday non-appointment walk-in patients can not have their insurance verified on Sundays as most insurance companies do not provide customer verification service on Sundays. Sorry to that patient who left the 1 star review. And some patients procedures take longer than expected....for the other 1 star review"
"Set an appointment for 5, no one even addressed me until 6:30. Then they tried to inform me that my insurance wouldn't be taken. Even though I knew it was. place was dirty. Gloves laying everywhere, nothing seemed to be in any sort of order. Customer service was atrocious, and no one seemed like they knew what they were doing. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would let anyone in that place go to any of my teeth."
"Had an appointment for 12pm. Was seen at 2:30pm. I advised the female doctor that my crown came loose and I just need some cement to keep in place till September when I could afford to get a new post or crown. She said there is nothing she can do the crown is broken and all we can do is a dental implant. I told her I don’t have the money. She said there is nothing I can do. Very bad service. They are just worried about getting paid a lot of money. Waste of time. Don’t go there."
