"Wow…. Let’s just say i had high expectations since my exam was not cheap but didn’t expect to be that thorough. All staff is well trained, warm and helpful. Cleaning was one of the best I have ever had. They use holistic products, had no pain at all and went very smooth. Technology is top notch, office is very clean and organized. I never had to wait or felt neglected like many nowadays places have. I felt so comfortable and well taken care off. Dr Ilona and her husband are very knowledgeable and explained all process of my treatment I needed. And they saved me my teeth from having root canals like I was told before I needed. That office and those dentists are the ones I would recommend to anyone."

"Jenny is the dental cleaning whisperer!! As someone with an anxiety disorder diagnosis and a phobia of doctors/dentists/procedures, I used to dread my cleanings. I was amazed to find Jenny’s cleaning was so much easier and more comfortable than any I had experienced in the past. She is so gentle and calming that I was able to have a cleaning without using nitrous oxide! I have not been able to get through a cleaning without nitrous for about a decade. Being able to get my teeth cleaned without having to subject my body to the nitrous is so freeing. I am very grateful for Jenny. I’ve had a lot of dental hygienists in the last few years and Jenny is the best!!!"

"I recently had a terrible experience with this practice. Dr. Fotek does not have the expertise she claims to be a cosmetic dentist. After she did a very poor job on the reconstruction to match the color of my broken front tooth, I inquired about the solution to rectify her mistake. She then offered a solution, but at a cost five times higher than what I had initially paid, with only a one-third credit towards the new plan. My question is: Did she intentionally perform the initial procedure poorly to push me into opting for the more expensive plan, or is she simply lacking the knowledge to do it correctly? She refused to redo the work she admitted she chose a brighter color than she should have, at no cost. They are very pushy, bombarding you with numerous texts to encourage you to proceed with their treatment. BE AWARE! This place is not what they claim to be. UPDATE #1 Date 10.11.23: After I posted the review above, the practice called me immediately on behalf of Dr. Fotek, offering to redo the work at no cost. I inquired about what prompted her to change her mind, but they would not answer my question. I let them know that I no longer trust their work, especially since I had shared my experience with the world. Once I have my tooth fixed by another dentist, I will be happy to share a picture in this review. UPDATE #2 Date: 10.12.23: In response to Dental Healing Arts (Owner) regarding my review: It' is most unfortunate that a dentist who claims to be a cosmetic dentist did such a poor job matching my tooth color. It is most unfortunate that Dr. Fotek only agreed to correct her mistake after I posted a review showcasing her work. :("
