Dentistry by Design Jupiter

"It is very hard to get into this dental office with the dentist that you start off with. They seem to be all of the child bearing age and that comes with a lot of cancellations and readjusting schedules. Had an appointment to get a tooth fixed at the Jupiter location and I called just to find out and reconfirm only to find out that that office is being redone and I asked why didn't somebody let me know?. Until this office and all the young women that are a childbearing age settle down I feel another DDS would be preferable."

"Wow ...what an awesome experience. I had a dental emergency, cracked a tooth and after calling several offices in my area where my dental insurance was accepted got Kim on the phone who after checking their different locations said if I could come in right now they would be able to fit me in at their Jupiter location. When I arrived at the very clean office I was greeted immediately by an extremely professional Destiny. Destiny is a very experienced Dental assistant who works very well with the patients and is very customer service oriented. As a matter of fact the whole team to include the Dentist and Tanisha were very professional and caring. I did in fact have a cracked tooth and the dentist and staff worked up a plan of treatment to include the worst case scenario of possible root canal and quoted me the cost after my insurance. It was late in the day but the dentist was willing along with the staff to stay late and treat me so I would not have to reschedule at a later date and remain in pain. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the outstanding service and care they all have for their patients. I do have a follow up in a week to hopefully just have a crown put in but I have total confidence that no matter what the outcome I will be treated well and have no worries that the Dentist and staff will always treat me fair and do what is best for me in the area of Dental care. Way to go Dentistry by Design you have a snowbird patient for life! Thank you!"

Using Sage I felt like they were always looking to upcharge and made me constantly nervous about the health of my teeth/gums. I decided to change to Dentistry by Design! Best choice I ever made.
