"Dr Ma is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Michael the hygienist is a wizard with giving needles and Kitty in the office really knows insurance. There are closer locations to me but I continue to go to the Jupiter location because of the outstanding service I get. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the office is always spotlessly clean. 10 stars if I could."

"This place is great! Their staff is all super friendly. They are also very sensitive to people like me who have dentist office anxiety like crazy. They helped me stay as calm as I could and Mike was very gentle and great at what he did! He even talked me through the process of what he’d be doing. The only reason I give 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because they had computer issues my first visit that made me wait for around 30 min after I was all done with my and ready to go. Hope that won’t happen often. I’m sure it was just a one-time flook. Great place!!!"
"Terrible. Refused to provide a normal cleaning and instead claimed I needed a $170 “deep” cleaning. Also tried to sell me an aesthetic injection to reduce calcification. It’s clear that when these locations got purchased in a corporate roll-up by their private equity owner that the mandate is to overcharge and overbill at every opportunity. Very disappointing. Try and find a truly local dental operation that isn’t owned by a giant faceless corporation."
