"The staff at Aspen were very attentive from the front receptionist, the x-ray Technician, and doctor and Hygenist. They walked through everything and made me feel comfortable."

"Very Pleased to have a second opinion there. After, explaining what they could do for me and the time it would take, they listened to me my timeline here and how I could complete my dental work up north at another Aspen Dental Service. They did not speak to me in a condescending way like the Dentist in Jensen Bch and just got down to business and quoted an estimate of what my insurance would cover. They will be fitting me with a temporary bridge so I can meet my friends and relatives in a confidential timely manner while here for the month."

"Whelp, I would’ve had good things to say if anything was ever originally ever done but considering I haven’t been able to make contact past my initial appointment and then telling me they’ll call me back, so I stopped trying after months and then can’t even get a call back still now when I went in cause I only got approved for $1,600 of the dental I need done, they do not seem to care if the infection is causing my face, lips, neck, lymph nodes and all to swell and go numb. It’s affecting my vision, jaw, feels to be nasal cavity as well, up around my eye and around my skull. And I’ve also been having troubles with my cognitive abilities. I’ve been in the ER 3-4X this week alone, and directed to go to the dentist which did nothing but try to pawn me off.. I was supposedly to hear from them while still in the ER and they did not call. I went in and they said by 2:30-3pm, and again, no call. I was not permitted to even see the dentist when I went in, let alone walk out with a script to help me, and was only told I now have to add another $900+ in order to even get these removed (which was NOT originally stated. I was told I could keep doing AS I have the money..) so I don’t literally potentially die if the infection festers into my bloodstream and jaw like I am starting to think is currently happening or starting. So now I am being left to suffer further. I have 4 little girls from age 2-10. It’s about to be Christmas. I’d love to actually spend it with them but I guess if I don’t have all the dollar bills right now, I am not important, even as a basic human. So, I doubt I’ll be going back here again. Part of this review is to leave evidence of this for my husband in case anything should happen to me, as I do not have any idea as parts of my body are going numb, what might happen next. I am getting dizzy and feel unwell. I’m going to hope and pray I can find someone who actually cares about their patients. Let’s see if I am lucky enough to see 2024. Thanks for nothing, guys. 0/5 stars. Highly DO NOT recommend! At this point, I don’t care if I can chew, I care if I’m alive for my kids. My face doesn’t normally look like this. I inserted from a week ago right before this all started and today in the ER."
