Center Specialized Dentistry

"Worst experience I have had at a dental office. Came in with my autistic daughter for a 1:30 appointment. Since she has to be sedated, she had nothing to eat or drink since dinner the night before. She is also a diabetic. We sat and waited a good hour being told that the room had a patient who was sedated and were waiting for him to get up. In the meantime staff were eating their lunch in an office right off the waiting room, which the proper thing to do is close for lunch, then schedule your patients accordingly. Told the front desk we were leaving and again they repeated the same story, then the doctor came out and explained again why the hold up. His scrubs were very unprofessional, his demeanor was rude. In the meantime my daughter was starting to cry and rock because she felt nauseous as she needed food. No one cared, so we left and as we were approaching the car a woman came out and said to us that they were ready for her. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my dogs."

"Dr Most has retired, which I was never informed about and his well established practice had been taken over and turned into a low end clinic. It’s dirty. The front office staff are self-entitled, rude and look like they just rolled out of bed. I will never step foot in that place again. Fastest way to destroy a practice is an incompetent staff and boy, do we have one here. I received the first bill threatening collection 30 days after my daughter’s appointment. So glad they put the collection sticker on the outside of the envelope so my postal carrier and everyone else is aware of my 30 day delinquency, which we don’t owe by the way. Don’t try to address any issues with them… you are the one that is wrong. I will be informing everyone that I referred there, which is quite a few, to move on."

"I’d give them a 10 out of 5 if I could! The entire staff is fantastic. Very friendly and fantastic at making you feel comfortable and relaxed. They too extra time with me to make sure we were making the right decision before proceeding with treatment. Like. It’s people I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but if I need to go this would be my first choice!!"

"Had my wisdom teeth removal cancelled because the oral surgeon quit. For my troubles I received the worst receptionist experience possible as a result, wasn’t apologized to once for the inconvenience. Had to call twice before my X-ray was emailed to me. Still haven’t gotten a call back from the manager on a refund for my consultation. Overall I feel insanely disrespected and unvalued as a customer."

"My uncle came in here today to have a tooth extracted. They called told him to come in earlier than his scheduled appointment. He shows up and all the employees go into the break room laugh and cutting up leaving him sitting in the waiting room for over an hour after telling him to come in early. They finally take him back after he said something to the lady at the front desk and when the dentist comes in he’s like well what are we even doing today. How do you not know the reason why a patient is there? Even after having a consult for getting his tooth extracted. Then they had him wait in the exam room over 20 minutes and my uncle finally decided to go out in the hallway and saw someone and said he has been waiting a very long time and he just wants to leave, they take him to front desk and they got the nerve to try and charge my uncle $75. Really $75 for what??? Are you serious? My uncle will never return and will be contacting the manager of this joke of a place. Moral of the story stay away from this place!!!"
