"My husband and I had appointments one after the other. When we got home and talked about our time, we realized we got 2 different services and we were supposed to get the same. His teeth were never polished and mine were. The dentist checked the gum depth next to the teeth on him, but mine was not checked. The hygienist did not scrape tarter off my teeth and they did his. His blood pressure was taken and mine was not. We each did each see 3 different people. And we both had X-rays done. It was just so weird we had different services done for us."

"I hope this review does just two things, saves you time and money! My daughter came here for service and was severely overcharged through our insurance and was told that some of the treatments weren’t even needed when she got follow up work done! What a SCAM!! While we were there we heard screaming and shouting as if someone was reprimanding their employees!! We should’ve known it would carry over to the service. Save your time and go somewhere they value their craft and honor customer service! This place IS NOT IT!"

"Really great staff. From the office coordinator to the hygienist and dental assistant to the dentist herself this was actually a very pleasant experience. One never knows with a new doctor but all around I am very pleased with this office and the staff. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable."

While on vacation I felt an abscess brewing and noticed this practice on my morning walk. The reviews on Google looked good so I figured I'd take a chance as it was Thanksgiving week and I didn't want to end up in an ER in pain. Oh my God, what a practice! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and they had all the state-of-the-art equipment of the practice I go to back home at one of the nations leading dental schools! I saw a regular dentist and an endodontist who did my root canal all within hours of my arrival as a new patient. "The absolute WORST dental office I’ve ever encountered. As many others have stated, I was also lied to and told I needed a deep cleaning & that my oral hygiene was poor. I have routinely had my teeth cleaned twice a year for most of my life so I knew it was a scam. I’ve since found an amazing, honest & ethical dental practice in Palm Beach Gardens. This practice taught me what to look for in a shady quack of a dentist."
