Saturday hours is a huge plus too, so my husband and I are able to take turns with our appointments while the other stays with our baby."

"Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing visit at the dental office. Due to the fact, they gave me a certain price to have my wisdom teeth extracted. Once I got there, I paid in full then once I sat down in the chair, the office manager came up to me and asked me for 350 for fee due to the doctor having to do a CT scan and laughing gas now prior to my visit I’ve been calling to correctly get the correct amount to have it for my visit so as a patient, I could have the full amount and proceed with my procedure. I left the office very upset, and I think it’s very unprofessional how the front desk girls were unable to look at my chart and gave me the full outcome of the visit instead of me arriving getting in the chair and trying to figure out how am I going to pay 350 out of pocket when I dropped almost $800. this office need to correctly due the breakdown of a procedure. Explaining all of the prices from the beginning. Not wait until the patient pay for what she think she’s paying for. I get her in the chair and then ask for more. This office needs to work on a better communication on the breakdown of everything."
