Concourse Dental Care

"I have been a patient for a few years and I love the doctor's and the dental staff. However the billing / financial department is total TRASH... I had a bridge procedure on 9/11/23 and I have been fighting with the billing department and my insurance company since then to get partial payment for this claim with no results as of today. I call no return call, I email no reply. Just this week alone I have called twice and sent a email and no response from the billing department which I expressed that they are not going to call me back to the young lady that took my message. So here's my issue, I have 2 insurance's which should have paid for my entire cost of my $5k procedure or a little out of pocket amount for me to pay. My fault was that I thought that I had given them my second insurance info, but when I realized the error I contacted the office to correct the issue. Since then I have been going back and fourth between the billing department and insurance company about what information, X-rays etc. being sent and received with no results. As of today, I am fed up and just over this situation. As of now I'm stuck with a $2k bill after the other insurance paid their portion. Also during this situation I was informed that I had a credit of $213.00 sitting on my account since December which I advised them to refund to me. After speaking to someone I was told it was processed on 2/6/24 to be refunded and as of today 2/23/24 I have NOT received it. Prior to this situation I would tell anyone and everyone how I loved this dental office but this experience has really changed my outlook. Writing this review is very hard for me but I feel as if it was the only way for me to be heard and for the doctor to know what I have been experiencing since September 2023 and hopefully it will help the billing department get some much needed changes in their billing process..."

"Extremely disappointed with the lack of patient focus (going back and forth to other patients while in the middle of my procedure). A procedure that the tech and dentist said would take about 1.5 hrs ended up over 3.5 hrs because he kept stopping work on my crown prep to see other patients. The temperature in the office is terribly cold and the music channel plays rap and other music that is ANYTHING but calming. I expressed to the dentist my complete dissatisfaction with the patient care and lack of patient focus over a period of 4 visits. His excuses/explanations were ridiculous. It was obvious that patient comfort and care is not the highest priority. Seeing the most patients possible is the priority. All the Techs and reception staff were extraordinarily friendly, competent and empathetic but the issues I experienced were out of their control."
