"I hate to be the one to write a bad review, but I feel it’s important to warn others of what I experienced today. I went in for an initial exam and cleaning, all was going well until right before the cleaning, I was told I have to get either a “deep cleaning” for $150 out of pocket or no cleaning at all. They refused to do the regular cleaning which was covered by insurance, so I left. I made this appointment weeks ago, requested time off work, and planned my whole day around this. Frustrated is the nicest word I can think of for how I’m feeling currently. The staff themselves seemed really nice and knowledgeable, so no hate to them, but I can’t give my money to people who “bait and switch” you when you’re trying to receive medical care."
