"This was the best and easiest dental appointment I’ve ever had. Dr. Popescu was excellent as was the entire staff. Extractions are extremely stressful to me and I can’t believe this went so well. My sincere happiness goes to Dr. Popescu and your staff. I’m now resting with my tall glass of iced tea. I’m having some discomfort but it’s manageable with the pain medication I have on hand. I could perhaps get by on ibuprofen or Tylenol but they cause stomach problems which is a whole different issue. Thank you again to your entire staff and Dr. Popescu. It was indeed a very pleasant visit. Terry Lazar Today 10/26/2023 was another visit to Smile Creators. It went great. They were able to use a smaller impression tray which only stretched my lips at a minimum. They listened and cared when I cried and begged them not to stretch my lips. Thin lips are a result of multiple surgeries to my fractured face. No pain was involved with this visit for a new crown. Next visit will be impressions for a new partial. Then my mouth can take a vacation with lovely teeth. I was tempted to bring that smaller impression tray home with me to protect it. They listened and they cared which meant so much to me. Thank you, Terry Lazar December 8, 2023 Today was a good day at the dentist. My new crown fit like a glove. However, I had to have an impression for my partial and as I said before my lips do not stretch. The pain of the insertion of the glue tray is horrible. It’s not the tech’s fault, but I want to scream. She was as gentle as possible, but it was so difficult. But it’s over and I hope my partial fits like this new crown. Only one complaint: I wish they wouldn’t grab me as I’m leaving, for their payment. I’ve paid over $7,000 so far and they know I’ll pay my balance. So there’s no need to worry about the remainder of my balance, especially as I’m leaving. I’m paying for work that hasn’t been done. Yesterday I paid for my new partial and I don’t have it yet. Don’t they have enough money in their account to pay for work before it’s finished? If they receive shoddy work from their manufacturer of partials, why should I pay for it before I even see it? That’s my biggest complaint of this dental office. Their fear of not being paid in advance. I dislike paying for a service before I receive it, especially dental work that may or may not be finished to my satisfaction. After all the work I’ve had done there, they could at least allow me to leave the office just once without stopping me for money. Terry Lazar, RN CANP January 5, 2024 Things went well today. Dr. P is my most favorite dentist. Please keep him in your practice. Offer him more money, if need be. He is what makes your practice as popular as it is. Im going to use it for a week and if it needs adjusting I will return and Dr. P will work on it. Everyone deserves 5 stars for this visit. Or perhaps 6 stars if possible. Thank you everyone. Terry Lazar, RN, CANP February 8, 2024 Today I went in due to my partial breaking as I brushed my teeth. Of course the lab let me know I was brushing my teeth wrong and it’s my fault the partial broke. The staff in the office gets 5 stars as usual but the lab only gets 1 star. For the price of the partial it should withstand a bomb attack to my mouth, but alas I must learn to brush my teeth differently. They’re wrong and the partial must withstand an electric toothbrush and a soft one at that. They’ll repair it in a week, so we’ll wait and see. It does look exceptionally gorgeous I’m happy with its design and color. And the staff does a lovely job so I can’t complain about them. We’ll get back in a week so I must hang in there and thank you. Terry Lazar, Terry Lazar, RN, CAN February 13,2024 Picked up my partial and it looked lovely. Put it in and it immediately broke again. Now I must go another 2 weeks without my front teeth. If it breaks one more time I’m asking for a refund and I’m going to another dentist."

I even received a massage while getting treatment done which put the icing on the cake! Unbelievable.
