"If you are looking for a good dentist where the people actually care about you and want you to do better then look no further. To start, Jeannie at the front was absolutely amazing, I’ve never been talked to with such kindness and compassion, it was like talking to a friend. She squeezed me in with my appointments and got back to me as fast as she could (that’s so rare to see these days). She made sure to listen to me and even helped me outside of office hours. She knows how to do her job and how to do it exceptionally well, she is truly cares about the patients. Im young myself discovering the new world so insurance , bills, scheduling, all that stuff is confusing and new to me, she is an amazing mother as well and guided me through everything like a parent would. Thank you! Janelle took my x-rays and helped with my examination and she was extremely kind as well, I was not uneasy at all with her and she seems to genuinely care about patients too, she is very humorous and has a nice charm that is always nice to have when at the dentist, thank you as well :) Dr.John Mengelberg himself was awesome too, this was my first time ever feeling like I actually knew what was going on with my teeth. Usually at other dentists there just like “You need two fillings, goodbye” but Doctor actually taught me the different parts of the tooth and walked me through my x-ray bit by bit so I could fully process what was going on. That visit was truly something I will never forget and BURNED in my brain how important it is to floss which is so important, I felt very well informed and felt comfortable and not shamed whatsoever, I now knkw exactly what needs to be done and what I could work on to better myself which is all this office wants to see you do!
