"Everything was great until I got my third bridge-they had to order it three times because it was made incorrectly at the lab. The final bridge was set in my mouth and they did not show me with a mirror what it looked like. When I got home and saw it, I was appalled. It looks very fake, like a big lump. When I contacted the office again to complain, they said: “if your bite is fine and it doesn’t bother you, then there is nothing we can do.” They will not even take a second look. I gave this office a lot of money and I feel that I was not treated professionally."

My son had ths best time and can't wait to go back. Jamie was very thorough and took the time to educate which I hadn't had anyone do before.
