"I will never in my life go back. I was supposed to be rechecked to make sure my baby was ok and had a heart beat and all he did was look at me. He ain't try to find the heartbeat he didn't try to check me. Nothing. Just horrible after being there over 2 and a half hours!!!"
"I can always get in and the copay is affordable if you have insurance. No insurance? They do income-based sliding scale fees. In-house pharmacy, lab, and x-ray. Dental, medical, pediatrics and adults. Spanish also spoken here."
"This place is as clean as the word "sterile" brings to mind. The staff are friendly, but parking close to where you need to be can be a hastle so bring an umbrella in case of rain, and there are potholes in some spots, so wheelchair users beware!"
"The dental takes mma medicaid. The medical side has a high turn around for doctors. About the time you get one you like who takes you seriously, you then get another newbie who doesn't take you seriously. They prescribe according to what they're pharmacy carries usually. We've been turned away b4 without explanation, too. It is sliding scale, though, if you don't have insurance."
"Much better experience at this location than Lake Wales one. Very welcoming staff at the front desk and the dental office as well. Young girl and lady with glasses at the dental desk was sweet, very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though the dental department is booked appointment wise until November. They do take walk-in but you have to be there at 8am or the other time frame I think is 1pm. I recommend the 8am slot. I think they have a max of three walk-ins per day. I recommend the earlier the better. So far a smooth walk in experience. Also, that doesn't mean that they'll take you in fast but between appointments and the wait time could vary. The dental doctor was nice and pretty much if you have any extractions they can't do much for you. Finally, it was a normal and fast visit. Pharmacy department was also nice. Not too bad. Good luck!"
