"I rarely post any negative words. But I was sooo upset with the treatment from the Office staff. I needed an emergency tooth flipper replaced. I called them since they were the ones that had replaced it. Well because my management company changed and so did my benefits at the time I need some dental work done. He referred me to an oral surgeon. But the oral surgeon was out of my cost. I found another that assisted me and at time did some fillings. Well because financially I chose to see a local oral surgeon and not the one they referred me too, they were upset and stated that I cant jump dentist back and forth. I said it is out of my control due insurance not because I want too. I won't pay and out of network when I have an in network physician. Office staff didn't allow me to speak to doctor, and said I am basically not wanted there again. My heart broke I have been seeing Mr. Brown for some time. Even my hubby and children and a close friend go to him. But since the incident they all pulled away from his office. No one should be denied just because their insurance coverage changes and should be the patient right due to financial reasons. Shame on your staff Dr. Brown. I still care for you in my heart just disappointed how I was treated due to reasons out of my control."

"I (like most people) have never liked the dentist or anything that has to do with the mouth. It’s been about 8 years since I’ve been and let me just say the staff is fantastic. I had Christina (hope I spelled it correctly) and she was so patient with me through the exams, X-rays and my cleaning today. They’re helping me get my TMJ hopefully fixed or better than what it is. I’m glad I found a great dentist facility and can’t wait to share with everyone I know! Thank you Christina and Dr. Brown!"

"Just started going here. But I like what I see so far. The facilities are nice and the people are really nice. The doctors also seem to be very good at what they do. I also like the fact that they have very deep roots in this area and been here a long time. Dr. Brown was so named the best dentist in Polk county. So yeah, happy so far."
