"I had 2 procedures performed in one setting. A root canal and a tooth extraction. I asked for a nose piece using nitrous oxide for both procedures, which was the way to go! I get very anxious and have dealt with much tooth pain in the past. This was the best experience I have ever had and a great facility with a super Dentist and staff! I would highly recommend!!!! ""This dentist clinic doesn't pull wisdom teeth!" So I came to this dentist to have two teeth pulled, one was my 1st tooth next to my wisdom tooth which had a bed cavity causing severe pain! My appointment was for 9:30, and waited till 10:30 with five other clients coming in after me and seen before me, "Very troubling!" Finally being called back I was x-rayed and given a plan to get the work I needed done in which I decided to just get the tooth pulled I needed to relieve the pain I was in... The nurse came in to take my bold pressure ( You have to have good blood pressure before a procedure as to avoid a stroke or other life threatening problem), but the nurse that came in took my blood pressure didn't even let the machine run through the whole course to take a reading and said, "Oh you can't even have the procedure done because of your blood pressure!" That was unbelievable because there is another option to still have the procedure preformed! I feel I wasn't given the treatment I needed because of the number of patients being seen was to many to focus on an individuals scale of treatment (Pain) and that's not how a dentist should be ran! I will definitely not recommend this dentist to anyone in pain trying to find the help needed..."

"It's taken me 8 months to get to the point where I can write a review. I was very happy with my 1st visit. Everyone was very nice. Came back for a deep cleaning, I had a very BAD experience with my previous dental clinic, so I was hesitant. Got a plan for complet cleaning, extraction of 4 teeth and a partial. Sounds good, until I decided that 1 tooth may not be needed to be pulled at this time. The office manager told me that the Dr. would pull the 3, but give me a partial until I had the 4th tooth pulled. I tried to reason with her but she wouldn't let me decide my health for myself. She made some really odd statements, like, when you get your teeth cleaned the water used is "very cold because that's the way our patients like". I told her the cold, hurts my teeth, she didn't seem to care. I'm very disappointed that someone in the office didn't follow up with me after I cancelled my follow up appointments. Especially after they knew how bad my last experience was. A simple phone call seemed to be something you might expect. Maybe just to see if the patient was, happy? I can only hope they continue to treat my wife with respect, she's happy here. Moving on..."
