"I wouldn't recommend this dental office for several reasons: Pros - The staff was friendly, except for Jessica at the front desk, who was unprofessional and rude. Cons - The quality of services, especially the Zoom teeth whitening was low. During the procedure, the dentist's assistant didn't follow basic safety guidelines and I wasn't provided with protective eyeglasses. I achieved better results using $30 whitening strips compared to the $400 professional Zoom whitening at this clinic. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the front desk staff showed little concern and suggested paying another $400 with no guarantee of improvement. - Most procedures felt rushed, resulting in many mistakes. I had to return multiple times to fix them and after getting fillings from Dr. Maclnnes, I experienced discomfort for almost two months, along with a gap between my teeth that caused food packing after each meal. I had to pay another dentist to correct these mistakes at another dental office. - Waiting times for appointments ranged from 20 minutes to 1 hour."

"I am an established patient at this excellent dental practice. Today I needed an emergency visit for a broken crown. Jessica was thankfully able to fit me in. Andrea reassured me & took wonderful care of me throughout all the treatment steps. Dr. Bivens completed the necessary emergency care kindly & comfortably. I was able to meet Dr. MacInnes with whom I will follow up, which I appreciated very much. Dr. Mueller kudos to you for your wonderful staff & welcoming office environment. I always feel so well taken care of at your dental practice. Thank you all so much!"

"I Truly appreciate the love and care this office family showed me on my visit! I had to go to them unexpectedly from my regular dentist for my procedure. When I arrived, the front desk staff was amazing! Ashley was very polite and professional over the phone and it showed even more in person! The DA Irene was a true angle and amazing at her job! Irene has beautiful bedside manner and a beautiful personality as well. She made me feel comfortable and confident they were going to take great care of me! And last but definitely not least, Dr. Taeger! He is the best!! He was professional, honest, and gave me a feeling of calmness that everything was going to go just fine. And it did!! I have already bragged and recommended several people to this facility and I would definitely be returning if need be!! Thank you all for being a blessing!!!"
