"I can not say Enough good things about this dentist. Gentle dental has made a believer out of me. Personally I am terrified and always extremely anxious with the dentist, I was literally treated exactly how I needed to be to accommodate peace. From the vibes of the entire staff , to the amount of Novocain needed to completely knock out nerve pain before continuing forward . These people get it . I have received two extractions , my first cleaning and also a root canal with Gold crown . I can’t wait to return for the rest of what I need and I never thought I would feel that way about a thing to do with dental work. Thank you to all of the staff and Dr.Gentle"

"By far the worst dentist office I’ve ever been to! This was my second time at this office since becoming a patient to get a crown replaced. I had called fifteen minutes prior to ask a question and the didn’t mention anything about being behind. I showed up a few minutes early (another patient showed up while I was waiting and was told they were behind and was asked if she could come back later or a different day, she opted for coming back at a later time) and am seated in a procedure room probably like fifteen mins after my appointment time of 9:30. I had overheard they had some emergency appointments which is why they were behind. I sat for about 45 minutes before they came and gave me the shot to numb me for the procedure. After the shot they went to work on another patient. I sat and waited for another 45 minutes thinking they were wrapping up with the other individual just to find out they were going to work on someone else. At that point I went to ask for an estimate and they said 20-30 minutes. IT HAD BEEN 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES SINCE MY SET APPOINTMENT TIME OF 9:30! I left at that point (11:15) because that time wasn’t even guaranteed and I didn’t want to risk my procedure being rushed and possibly jeopardizing the quality of work. I won’t be returning."

I drive all the way up from Bradenton because I am dentophobic from a past trauma, but have been able to build such trust with Dr. F, that I am able to control any anxiety I have. He is honestly a wonderful dentist, and the entire staff really do work hard to make the experience stress free!"
