"On 1/31/24 I visited Dental Care at Gateway Commons and had the most amazing experience thanks to Rhonda and Dr Parks. I broke a tooth the evening before and I was very worried. I was able to book an appointment online that same evening for 900am the following morning. After check in Rhonda stayed with me and took care of my needs along with Dr. Parks expeditiously and explained everything that needed to be done. They were honest and concerned about keeping me pain free and comfortable. Luckily the tooth was saved and I have a temporary crown on until the permanent comes in. I’m so grateful and highly recommend this practice. Everyone is very professional. The practice is lucky to have Rhonda as an employee. Her personal and professional skills are amazing. I couldn’t believe she made my temporary molar and stayed by my side the entire time. Thank you so much!!!"

"I guess three times a charm trying to get my teeth cleaned. Previous dentist did not send the correct X-rays and records. Had to come back the second time and after complete X-rays and exam Dr Parks said I had to have deep cleaning, therefore I came back the third time. The Hygentist was very sweet and thorough. I would recommend this dentist to any one. They have great hours and plenty of workers. No problem with scheduling at your requested time."

"First Visit was Great! Pre-visit online forms expedited check-in and administrative staff was very communicative of accidental missing information via text prior to visit and very welcoming/friendly at check-in/out. Dental staff were very friendly/personable and prompt in moving me through each stage of the appointment. Exam process had very thorough imaging/analysis and staff took additional time to answer questions and educate on diagnosis/prognosis and treatment plan. Hygienist was very thorough during cleaning and took her time with a mouth that had not seen a cleaning in 2+ years. I left feeling very confident that my dental health was in good hands. Will definitely recommend to others."

"Wonderful first time visit. Dr. Parks was excellent. He made me feel better and was very helpful. I plan on a long association with this office. The clerical staff was friendly and efficient. His assistant also was very good. She was very careful doing the full mouth X-rays not to pinch the skin. So nice too. The hygienist did my gum margins with zero pain and fast."
