"Excellent services. I originally started with the Sarasota office. Dr. Carlow did a total treatment plan. When the Sarasota office no longer accepted my insurance since they changed ownership they referred me to Genesis Dental in the Palmetto office. Dr. Berry at their office did a total exam and said exactly the same as Dr. Carlow in Sarasota. That made me feel so reassured I had 2 Doctors recommend the best overall treatment for me. They are experienced Dental Physicians in their field. Right from the get go their office reconfirmed my insurance coverage. Very professional and proficient. It was most certainly worth the drive from Sarasota. They provided a printout of a detailed treatment plan with explanation. Very polite office and answered my questions. Thank you for the Excellent Service and helping our community with honesty. God Bless."

"Terrible customer service!!! PALMETTO OFFICE-The receptionist doesn't speak enough English and had a terrible attitude. He spoke to me on the phone several times prior to my appointment and confirmed they took my insurance. All of a sudden when I showed up they didn't want to take me. He is a liar and needs to go back to his country. He doesn't deserve a job here and need to learn office etiquette. He was confrontational and disrespectful. I will never refer anyone here. This was absolutely a nightmare, and a disgrace."

"Absolutely the most unprofessional business I've ever seen. Multiple times screwed up appointments, scheduled one and when we showed up the office was closed. No phone call, very unprofessional. The palmetto office is very dirty, not sterile at all. Reminds me of little shop of horrors. Staff is nice but lacks knowledge and doesn't give you much faith in their treatment. Dentist said my tooth pain was most likely due to tarter, xray at a real dentist office showed a small fracture. Clearly have no idea what they are doing. Save your time and money and go to real professionals, don't risk your mouth for saving money. Not worth the risk"

"I contacted Genesis Dental because an instructor from the State College of Florida recommended I check with them about getting a root canal. James answered the phone and was extremely efficient in discussing my issues. He quoted me a price I could afford without having dental insurance. I booked an appointment and within a few days had the root canal completed. The office personnel and dental staff at Genesis were great to work with. I am now in the process of getting a crown through this organization at an affordable price as well. For a little over three years I've needed to get this root canal and crown issue taken care of, but couldn't afford to. Thank you Genesis Dental for helping me to stay in good health!"
