"Had an appointment for 4, got in at 4:05 and was almost turned away because "there is too much paperwork" to fill out. I explained my issue and the front desk person "did me a favor" and got the dentist to see me. I completed all paperwork in less than 10 minutes. The dentist saw me shorty after and laughed at me when I asked for a temporary crown. I was out by 4:30. I felt very pressured to agree to a $1000+ procedure without exhausting all other options first. To their credit, the office manager did respond to my calls, but the entire experience was underwhelming and was eventually turned away because I did not want to go with the most expensive option. Even trying a pre authorization to explore other options I was cautioned that it would take in excess of 4 weeks and might have negative consequences. I ended up finding a different dentist willing to work with me the same day. I think their business model probably centers on volume rather than quality. I would recommend going elsewhere."

"UNEXPECTED!!! Such a great experience! The only thing that I can compare it to is when I bought a brand new Cadillac, the dealership treated me like GOLD every time I took it in or visited the dealership. Same kinda thing. From reception to the person that did my x-rays (which I hate), the very thorough dental hygienist, to the really nice lady that did gave me the cost of the dental plan using insurance. BUT THE DENTIST!!!! She was so thorough and respectful, and very, very professional and CARING - I just felt like everyone there wanted better for me. If you go in, be extra nice to these people just because of how they treated me! THANK YOU COLONY ASPEN DENTAL!!!!"

"Omg! What can’t I say about this Aspen Dental! I had severe tooth pain for about three days and I couldn’t eat or sleep. I originally had an appointment for them at 11 am that morning but decided I couldn’t take the pain anymore and arrived there at 7 am when they opened. I was checking in seamlessly, all while bawling my eyes out because of the pain. The front desk lady was so sweet and caring! They noticed I was pregnant right away because of what I filled out on my paperwork and they told me to contact my OBGYN for a release; which I did QUICKLY! All in all they got me back there and did x rays and extracted my tooth in less than 3 hours total. They squeezed me in, EVEN when they didn’t have to. They are the best, and I truly mean this when I say they were my holiday miracle. I’m so grateful for them and I went right home and KNOCKED OUT!!! Thank you so much Colony Blvd Staff and Dr Marco! I love y’all so much for real!!!"

"My appointment was abruptly cancelled via text message an hour before my scheduled arrival time. I took time off from work to get to this appointment. My insurance covers two cleanings per year and the next available visit would be next year 2024. This totally messes up my insurance. Was told the appointment was cancelled because I have not had a visit in the last 13 months. Incorrect information, I was there in Spring of 2023 and paid and additional $500 for periodental treatment. Misinformation, bad record keeping and extremely poor customer service to cancel an appointment last minute via text message. I asked to speak to a manager and a manager never came to the phone. This office needs to get me back in for a cleaning by end of the year."

"Wonderful experience with Brisbane at the front desk. Beautiful smile to greet you and a sweet personality as well. Even when my appointment had to be rescheduled, she got me in at the very next slot the next day. The staff were gentle, which is important for me with high dental anxiety, and pleasant to work with as well. Will definitely recommend friends and family and visit whenever I need work done."
