"Been coming here the past year & everything from the front office staff to my hygienist, Kim, & Dr. Thompson has been extraordinary! Everyone is kind, friendly & you have a sense they truly care about their patients. The last dentist office I left (nearby) wanted to maximize my insurance & oversell things to get me to pay as much as possible & I just felt like a number with $$$ there instead of a patient. They also told me I “ needed” work that was going to be several thousands of dollars which was not the case when I became a patient at this office. "Haven’t been to the dentist in years. My dentist of 10 years retired about 8 years ago I started the journey of finding a new dentist. Had no idea how difficult it was going to be. All the dentist I tried wanted to up sale and sue extensive work. I would get quotes of $2-5k for unnecessary dental work. It got to the point I gave up on even going to the dentist. Enter Thompson Dental. Found them and went for first exam and cleaning. Fully prepared to be told I would need thousands of dollars of work. The dentist was super nice and took time to speak with me. She said that I don’t have any dental issues. She was not going to create any for me. Blown away. So happy I have found a decent, honest dentist who cares more about the patients than the bottomline. "I can understand the frustration of people having to wait a long time to get in with this practice as new patients. It's well worth the wait. Dr. Thompson is fair and honest. His treatment plan approach is conservative. Staff is competent and friendly. There is a reason for the long waiting list. It's because this office is just that good."
