He also answered my Many questions (- my husband retired a few months ago and lots of things have changed)! Lastly, we were very pleased with our net refund amount, after we paid the preparation fee… even though - on the 10-minute drive home - I realized we owe the Exact amount of the refund to somebody!!! "This organization is a total joke - unprofessional and disorganized. I made an appointment on their website for 11:00 today. I received a confirmation and everything. When I arrived at 11:00 there is a sign at their little cubby place inside the WalMart saying they don't arrive until noon. I called the number on the sign and the woman confirmed that they don't open until noon and she doesn't know why I could make an appointment online for 11. So she puts me in for noon. I wait around for 40 minutes and I see someone come and sit at the desk. I go up to him and tell him what happened, and he tells me he can't help me because he is a preacher and he has to go somewhere ???? So why was he even there? He tells me to go to another location and calls someone to tell them I am on my way. I drive about 5 minutes to the other location and when I get there the woman there says she just sat down with someone to do their taxes and it would be a minimum of 45 minute wait. I walked out. Don't use them. It all goes back to you get what you pay for."
