"The owner doesn’t respond promptly and lots of time doesn’t respond at all. his staff or himself, whoever did our paperwork (no clues who do what) makes lots of mistake on our returns. Also keep missing deadlines and very disorganized. When Frank took over it was better but he is often too busy to respond promptly too, although he did try and were nicer and sweeter to work with. Recently an office manager, Michelle Wrobel, set up lots of new unfair and illogical rules, which are cumbersome and disadvantage to clients who pay lots of money, counting on the company to get things done. They basically want to do minimum work and push back lots of responsibility to clients. It consumes us lots of time and creates lots of frustration. I would recommend staying away from this business! Furthermore Michelle is rude and finger pointing lots of responsibility back to her clients, she is not hesitate to make the clients look bad so she could feel better about herself ?! Very unprofessional for a business!"
