Our Tax Pros at this location are proficient in Spanish and are ready to assist Spanish-speaking clients. A Refund Advance loan is a great option for those who need money before their tax refund arrives. Although Refund Advance is no longer available this year, we did offer Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, until January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance at most locations from January 2, 2024, until February 11, 2024.
We offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To ensure timely service, we recommend booking an appointment online or calling us at (386) 736-4755. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 620 East New York Ave. office.

"My appointment was at 6:00 pm. I got there on time. When I got there, the tax preparer was with another client (I understand sometimes appointments can last a little longer than expected). It was exactly 6:47 pm when she finally called me to begin my appointment. During the appointment, she was very unprofessional. A client came in, and the tax preparer decided to keep stopping what she was doing with me so that she could take care of the other client. During that time, she talked about more than paperwork. She was so out of place that she continuously had to ask me the same questions. I had to tell her more than once that she needs to finish my paperwork. I didn't leave until 8:54 pm."
