"I had someone doing my taxes Carol who works on corporate tax she wanted to bleed me of all my money. They were working on my taxes and cost me over $6000 for them to go over my quickbooks. She said she did my quickbooks but the things that she had to do never did and cost me a lien on my house on top of that. My accounts were locked and I hired someone else to do it from a referral and she stopped everything the irs was doing to my accounts. They pretty much only work with emails. They don't call. I don't sit behind a desk at my job. Well to make things short the accountant I had after telling her for 8 months the IRS needed some forms and Carol said you don't need those forms and I said well the irs does and your boss said I needed them too. After talking to Ann she said she does corporate taxes she doesn't know. Well the things I needed done most was laid aside. Every email I sent they charged me for and Ann was ok with it. Saw nothing wrong with it. They are money hungry and they are expensive. I was told they were good but they screwed me royally! I will never go back and I asked for a refund because they did absolutely nothing for $6000. Worst ever make sure if you decide to go with them get a price. I can show you every charge for every question and email I sent! Your personal overhead is high but that's not my problem I wish I had a boat that I could valet to me and park and clean for me!"
