"Staff and dr was super nice but did not help me at all. I drove over an hour with awful tooth pain to get an extraction or at least some antibiotics, got there and they did a million x rays and told me that I need all my teeth pulled except 6, and that the one I was complaining about was really bad, but would not pull it, gave me a treatment plan that was 12k no meds nothing wasted time and money going there. I have followed up with a local dentist and I only need 3 teeth pulled and they pulled the one that was causing pain, also got me a treatment plan of 2k for all the work I truly need. Aspen is all about money period. Not the client."

"Very courteous and helpful. They continue to work with me to get everything done right. I am confident that I will be completely satisfied when we finish the work being provided to restore my aging teeth. They are quick to schedule me as needed and Dr. Perez and staff are working hard to satisfy my dental needs at a reasonable price."

"I wait 6 months for a teeth cleaning appointment only for them to call me the day before to cancel. When I tried rescheduling the lady told me the only appointment they had open was Friday morning. I told her I couldn’t because I had to work. She said the next available she had wasn’t until September. That’s 7 months away! They did the same thing for my last appointment and I ended up waiting almost a year for a cleaning. They seem to get really rude once you can’t take the appointment they wanna give you and tell you that’s the only one they have. They have done this several times for my kids appointments as well. Last week my husband went in for his first appointment at 4:30 and they told him his appointment was at 4 and he would have to reschedule. He showed them the confirmation email that they sent him everyday for the last week that clearly said his appointment was at 4:30. She said we can try and squeeze you in. He ended up having to wait over an hour. My 2 kids and I have been patients there for about 3 years and they have really gone downhill. I don’t know why they even schedule appointments if they can’t ever keep them and they’re not willing to work with your schedule at all even though they’re the ones canceling. It’s very frustrating! My family and I will definitely be going to another dentist!"

"The staff member that called to confirm my first appointment was very nice, I was very hopeful. I schedule my appointment on a Saturday due to my work schedule and family care obligations. I received confirmation email. Things were on point. Then, on the morning of, I received a message, which I didn’t get to hear until noon, that my appointment was being moved up by almost two hours, which would have been noon, and if I could not attend there would be a need to reschedule. When I returned the call, the staff person was very nice and then stated if I could get there by 1, I could still be seen. That wasn’t possible. She seemed great and did try to reschedule me bright and early Monday morning, but not possible, I really did not have a chance to rate the other aspects, I have heard good things. , I gave 3 stars for the friendly staff members who were just doing their job. But, i think it’s important to realize those that schedule a dental appointment on Saturdays really need those appointments to be on Saturday. I will continue looking for a dental home."

"I had such a great experience at Aspen dental.All the staff is wonderful. I have to say Dr Perez s absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her! She makes you feel very comfortable and takes care of you, you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of."
