"I have four children who have always gone to Panhandle Pediatric Dentistry since they were two years old every six months for preventative care. My oldest is 11 so that’s been nine years. Now, all of a sudden they’ve decided they are no longer going to give preventative care to children who have Medicaid. Thank you Panhandle Pediatric Dentistry for prioritizing the under privileged children in our community."

"Tried to schedule an apt for my son who has teeth, and was told he could be seen as soon as he has teeth, and was treated like I’m crazy for trying to make the apt. Called back a year later and they aren’t accepting new patients. Can only see my other child. Ridiculous. I also had to find another Dr to do surgery on my child because this place can’t handle the my gene and wanted to send me all the way to south fl. I wish I didn’t have to come here but unfortunately insurance in this country is also a joke. Some of the staff are kind, some are more concerned with being right and getting the last word. Avoid this place if you can."

"The dentists are so great and so are the hygienists. But man - the scheduling/rescheduling/cancelled appointments and the Office Manager are running this place into the ground. It's exhausting trying to get an appointment (even for emergencies - 2 week waits). If they cancel your appt - they don't give you priority placement to get back in - it's typically a few months. This is only true for Niceville and Santa Rosa locations. I haven't tried PCB. Great in-house staff. Terrible office management."

"Brought my daughter here twice, the second time was to give them a second chance. The techs were awesome but it's such an unwelcoming environment especially for being a pediatric dental office. Honestly, its pretty drab and uninviting from the moment you walk in, front office ladies were not very nice and the doctor himself just didn't seem like he wanted to deal with my already nervous child - he didn't really do or say anything to make them feel at ease. This place definitely contributed to my child's dental anxiety and for that reason we won't be back."
