"never answer the phone. have gotten a completely different order multiple times. often receive a regular pizza when i request gluten free -edit. literally a minute after posting someone answered the phone. he was very nice & helpful, & i’m sure they are actually busy, he apologized thoroughly."

"READ THIS BEFORE ORDER!! This place should be reported with Dade County Department of Health. The employee is preparing pizzas with bare hands. The kitchen floors look soiled. The employee touched his nose and face while preparing the pizzas. He then wiped his hands on his shirt and starting preparing other pizzas. Threw our pizzas straight to the trash after witnessing this. We’ve never experienced such a dirty Domino’s and this is our last time eating here!"

"Worst Dominos we've ever been to. We ordered carryout using the mobile app, and it said we would have a ~30-40 min wait. We used this time to walk to the store from Ocean Drive. Upon arrival, we were told that our pizza would take an additional hour and a half due to a recent "rush." Note: there was no one else in the store, and they did not accommodate the fact that we walked across the island. They said we should have called ahead and said the app was not "syncing." While in the store, the workers picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Due to using coupons, we couldn't cancel our order but switched to delivery, which ended up taking well over 2 hours to receive. We ordered a medium pizza and garlic knots; you'd think that for as much effort as we put in, some sort of compensation would have been given. We do not recommend going here unless you have all day to spend."

"I'm shocked at the low reviews. I always order online and food is delivered perfect everytime and hot as hell. Delivery from time of order is 15 minutes tops. Maybe because I order online and don't deal with employees is why I always have a great experience. Delivery drivers are also always very nice."
