Domino's Pizza

"I paid with a $30.00 Dominoes gift card and the balance including my St. Jude’s round it up donation was $4.00 of which I was to pay cash upon delivery. The driver first went to the wrong address ( next door ), then told us that we hadn’t paid after we paid with a $30.00 Dominoes gift card, AND gave him $10.00 cash that included his $6.00 tip. So when I asked for the name and # of his manager to call the location and straighten it out, he said he didn’t know the name of the manager. Finally, we gave him the Dominoes gift card to take back with him and he reluctantly left the pizza and Parmesan bread bites with us . This was the worst pizza delivery experience ever! A pizza and bread bites for a total of $40.00 !!!! Insanity ! And on top of that to be accused of not paying !"

"Absolutely the worst Domino’s. They are always late over an hour and whenever you call back they say it’s another 10 minutes. I’ve had to cancel multiple orders because it’s just taken too long and then I’ve had to order from Papa John’s or Pizza Hut, which is just as good avoid this Domino’s, and avoid yourself a lot of Issues."

"Don’t go here and definitely don’t place an online order from here. What a nightmare. Going on 2 hours and order isn’t even on the way yet. Was estimated no more than 1 hour. Call the store you say? On hold twice for almost 10 mins each time, no one picks up the phone. Seems to be an overburdened location."

"The delivery took more than 1 hour to come, the delivery guy Marvin wanted to leave the pizza downstairs of my building , called me very nasty and rude and said he was not going to come up , he started yelling at me and was very disrespectful, people at this dominos location are very rude and unprofessional, they always treat clients very bad and the experiences with the deliveries are horrible every single time I order. Very sad to have experiences like this and even more knowing we are in the best country of the world. Where did customer service and client satisfaction went?"

"So we ordered XL Hawaiian, brownies, hashbrowns, and 40min later we get a call. Hey sorry we don't have XL, (40 min later) we can send you 2 LG same price. Fine. 40min later we get brownie box, hashbrown box then 4 small boxes with different amount of small slices in them. 3 in one, 4 in one, half a pizza in one, and squished slices like 4 in another. Try to call the place up, gets through, they hang up. Pizza was supposed to be Hawaiian they added sausages and onions. Felt like it wad leftovers of some kids party. Look at the pics! It looks like we already ate!!!!! No offer of a refund through customer service! Just an offer for like 20% off next order! Seriously? Look at the pics! They weren't even Large slices"
