"Be careful when getting your car battery tested in this location. I was told the battery was no good and needed to be changed. So I bought a new Diehard battery that cost around $250- $270. Just a couple months went by and the new battery is completely dead. I happened to still have my old battery that this store told me was bad. I left my old battery outside getting the bad weather elements not charging on my grass for a couple months. Guess what a put that old battery in the car and it started the car right away. This store LIED to me to sell me a new battery. Now they won't replace or refund me for this defective battery they sold me. I have to leave it for a recharge. I called corporate & a supervisor is supposed to call me and nothing yet. Be careful with any part they test they will lie to sell you a part"
"Place was ok back in the days.im in the store with 3 employees no1 is with custommers.they have me waiting for a 4th member thats outside testing a battery so he can go with me to use a scanner .they dnt lend it with the id anymore...but why do they have me waiting for a 4th employee when theres 3 inside nd the stores empty at the moment....insane"
