"Was recommended by AAA auto services (also recommend) They helped me out with my 1990 Isuzu Trooper. 213000k Replaced freeze plugs (3 of em) and gave me the great news that my block is in good shape. They also recommended (not mandatory but a good idea) my clutch, master cylinder and slave cylinder be replaced while the tranny was out. I told them to go ahead. The parts took a little longer than they expected to come, however after about 5 days I had my truck back. Pressure of clutch feels great, however a small grind in reverse had me worried so I called them up and they assured me if the problem persists they will take care of it. Been about a week since that phone call, and all is well now. The (very small) grind is easily avoided by going from 4th into reverse instead of 5th or neutral into reverse. All in all, they got me out for less than I expected, kept me updated daily with phone calls, and am happy with my new (OLD) truck."

"Good prices, great work. Not the fastest, but they do great work so who cares. Great for older vehicles too. I have my 1984 Jeep CJ-7 repaired by them several times. Never a problem!"

"The good: They fixed my problem on my 12 year old Benz which ended up being a tiny rubber part on the shifter assembly. The bad: It took 4 business days and $280 later, which might be expected for a MB dealership, but not for a tranny shop in the warehouse district by the train tracks. The ugly: I got mysterious huge scratches on my front bumper after picking up my car, I can't exactly prove they did it, but I know it happened in the 4 days I left the car in their lot. Learned: Although they did very good work on my Datsun 280ZX and Benz, find a cheaper transmission place than here."
