"Horrible.. just Horrible service. Here’s why. I paid $2000.00 cash for an engine replacement. I was told it would be ready within a weeks time frame. It took them two weeks. I received my car on October 3, 2023. On October 23,2023 it broke down again. I had them tow it due to the 6 months warranty I garnered from the amount I paid and amount of labor. It’s currently the 31 of October and my car has yet to be fixed. So I caught the bus to the shop. Upon coming Steven the son of the owner of the shop who I’ve had conversations with about my vehicle prior to coming here, was on his phone relaxing. I asked about what was going on and he said “I’ve been busy”. Nothing but excuses. They’re taking people money and not fulfilling their promises. PLEASE avoid coming to this shop."
"Steven gets the job done! Steven gave me a quote for a catalyst converter for my daughter's car which is a 2006 Scion. Guess what? The was fixed as promised and is working fine! Thanks again Steven, will be sending my business to you!"
"They are a rip off. Had my catalytic converters checked and they basically stole my original when wasn’t told too and gave me a hollow so called catalytic converter explained that I blew the insides off the catalytic out (as in I messed it up) yet catalytic was never the problem. Then changed their father and son lie to tell me as a customer they can call the person to bring back my original. People catalytic converters have value, please watch to not be ripped off by these people and to top it off the son admitted they took it and his words exactly “ we have to eat too“. Imagine that!"
