"on 3/17/2023 @9am I took my vehicle to A.T.T auto center 13690 NW 22nd Ave to have the oil pan replace. when I drop my vehicle, off I spoke to the owner Frankie and ask him can they have my vehicle finish by the end of their workday Frankie, the owner insured me that my vehicle will be ready I replied to him I must have it because I have clients to see, the next day he told me don’t worry my vehicle will be ready. I received a call at 4:30 Pm Mind you they close at 5pm. The daughter of the owner Frankie, called me and stated that my vehicle will not be ready. I replied to her. My vehicle was dropped off @9am when you all opened and you all just decided to call me at 4:30 pm (30) minutes before you closed to say my vehicle wouldn't be ready when the owner insured me that my vehicle was going to be ready today she replied with the most rudest, disrespectful attitude there is. I went up there to the A.T.T auto center to check on my vehicle before they close to see why the work wasn’t finished. I wanted to remove my car and take it to another auto place but if I would have done that, I would’ve had to get my car towed because they had taken all the bolts and screws out the oil pan. I also spoke to the owner about his daughter, nastiness and disrespectful over the phone. He stated to me he cannot tell his daughter how to talk to the customers I applied, but your daughter work for you I notice a few days later that my hood couldn’t open, They broke the latch on the hood of my vehicle and also left a cable unconnected. I would never bring my vehicle back there again. I would not refer anyone to that ATT auto center mind you I tried to write a review for Better Business Bureau but come to find out they are not registered with the Better Business Bureau so be careful about who you do business with."
